Sandhya Chawan is a Counseling Psychologist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and young adults in navigating life’s emotional, behavioral, academic, and interpersonal challenges. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Psychological First Aid, Trauma-Informed Care, and Mindfulness-based approaches.

Her professional experience spans educational institutions, community-based programs, and mental health initiatives, where she has worked with diverse populations, including adolescents living with HIV, young people affected by substance use, and individuals experiencing emotional distress and trauma.

Sandhya follows an integrative, client-centered approach, tailoring interventions to the unique needs and strengths of each individual. She believes that healing and growth occur when people feel heard, understood, and empowered. Her work is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and a commitment to creating safe spaces where individuals can build resilience, develop self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change.
