I attended counselling sessions with Shobhika because I was upset over many things. My grades were falling; I had become violent and depressed to the extent that I contemplated suicide. At first, I was apprehensive wondering if counselling would help at all. But as I opened up to Shobhika, I felt good about myself. My therapist helped me with my anger, equipping me with strategies to control it, and helped me in identifying my triggers. She also guided me in academic matters.
