Shobhika Jaju, is the founder, psychologist (clinical) and psychotherapist at Silver Linings: Guidance & Counselling Centre. She completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Mumbai University and secured a university merit rank in her subject (Psychology - SM) and the course at the Bachelor’s level in Mumbai University. She is a Certified Career Counsellor and a Certified Queer Affirmative Pracititioner (QACP by MHI, Mumbai). Shobhika has qualified the NET exam for teaching at graduate / post – graduate level.
At Silver Linings, Shobhika practices using several therapy formats, including CBT-REBT, Relaxation / Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, Person Centered Therapy. She also conducts career guidance & aptitude testing for students & professionals.
Other than her counselling centre, she is also working as an Assistant Professor in Psychology & Course Coordinator at Parvatibai Chowgule College, Goa for the M.A. in Child Psychology & Child Development Program.
